At Lucidtoys.de, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
